Makerarm Refunds

Makerarm Kickstarter backers and website customers are entitled to a full refund. For Kickstarter backers, refunds will be processed via PayPal. It may take up to 8 weeks to receive your refund. If you do not have PayPal or have additional questions, please contact hello@www.makerarm.com.

Did you purchase a laser cutter toolhead via PayPal? These upgrades will also be refunded.

For customers who pre-ordered via our website, we will refund your order to your credit card. If your credit card has expired, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. Please contact us on hello@www.makerarm.com with any questions and include your full name and order number in your email.

Important: During this period, if you dispute the charge on your card through your credit card company or bank, it will delay your refund. Disputes trigger a lengthy review process that involves your bank and/or Kickstarter - this process can take many weeks to resolve. If a dispute case is opened, we cannot process your refund until it is resolved.
